Incidents involving corrective maintenance of any functional element of the project environment will be immediately reported to the organization responsible for immediate resolution. Generically the procedure will be:

  • Detection of incidents
  • Incorporation of the incidents on any tracker like Redmine (Tickets)
  • Reoprting to head of the Organization
  • Correction pf incidents
  • Deployments modifications.
  • Tests changes.
  • Close incidence.
  • Training if it is required
